Money can feel stressful, especially when you’re trying to figure out what to do next.
Join us online for In the Black: Money, Anxiety & Decision-Making, a practical session designed to help you feel more confident making decisions about your money.
WUSA’s previous Tax & Budget Workshop showed that financial topics can be a real source of stress for students. Before the workshop, 28.6% of respondents rated their anxiety around creating a budget at 4 out of 5, while saving money and filing taxes were also common concerns.
This session builds on that by looking at more than just budgets and numbers. You’ll explore how anxiety can affect the way you think about money and make financial decisions, while learning practical tools to work through that stress and feel more confident about the choices you make.
Whether you’re managing your own finances for the first time, feeling stressed about money decisions, or simply want to feel more confident about the choices you make, you’ll get practical tools you can use in everyday life.
