WUSA StudentCare Survey Official Contest Rules
- Eligibility:
- Open to all undergraduate students currently enrolled at the University of Waterloo.

- Participants must be legal residents of Ontario and have reached the age of majority.
- Contest Period:
- Begins on March 24, 2025, 12:00 AM and ends on April 8, 2025, 11:59 PM.
- How to Enter:
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

- Eligible students automatically enter the contest upon submitting their survey response for the WUSA StudentCare survey within the contest period.

- One entry per student.
- Prizes:
- One (1) Grand Prize of a $250 gift card: One lucky winner will take home a $250 gift card.

- Twenty (20) gift cards worth $50: Twenty additional winners will receive a $50 gift card of their choice from the list presented.

- Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Winner Selection and Winner Notification:
- The winners will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries.

- The winners will be contacted via their UWaterloo email address.

- Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

- Failure to respond within the deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.
- Conditions of Participation:
- By entering, participants agree to abide by the contest rules and decisions of the WUSA team, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
- Privacy:
- Personal information collected from entrants will be used by WUSA to administer the contest and prize fulfillment.
- Limitation of Liability:
- WUSA is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the contest.
- Governing Law:
- The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
- Amendments:
- WUSA reserves the right to amend the contest rules or terminate the contest at any time without liability to any entrant.
