This form allows us to gain an understanding of the nature of the event, collaboration or consultation you or your group are looking for and if we have the current capacity to make it happen. 

For those requesting to collaborate in an event with us, we only have the capacity to plan events minimum of 4 weeks in advance with no events running through the duration of exam seasons (April/August/December). 

After form submission, our external director Kiah Lucas (external.raise@wusa.ca) or a coordinator will be reaching out for next steps.
