The UW Visual Arts Clubs wishes to host a picnic and pleinair session at Waterloo Parks. The meeting point will be EV3 3412; interested goers will be required to sign a risk waiver form. Proof of submission must be shown to a club executive, otherwise you will be denied entry to the event.

All attendees must fill in this waiver form prior to the event: UWVAC – Pleinair + Picnic @ Waterloo Park.

UWVAC will provide pre-purchased snacks such as cookies and biscuits, and drinks such as iced tea and juice may be provided. Club members are welcome to bring their own food and art supplies to the event.
