Ever notice how your body just reacts before your brain even catches up? Racing heart before a presentation, brain fog during finals, that weird urge to reorganize your entire room instead of studying — yeah, that’s your stress response talking.

Come hang with Mates and Counselling Services for a real conversation about what stress actually does to us and, more importantly, what to do about it. No lectures, no fluff — just practical, evidence based tools you can actually use next time deadlines pile up or everything feels like too much.

We’ll talk about the stuff nobody puts in the syllabus: procrastination, motivation crashes, time management spirals, and how to bring yourself back to baseline when you’re spiraling.

📍 Claudette Miller Hall, Wellness Navigator Room
📅 July 21st | 5:30–6:30pm
🎟️ Free

Come for the tools, stay for knowing you’re not the only one who feels like this. Bring your questions, bring your friends, leave with strategies that actually stick.
