Midterms are stacking up, the assignment you meant to start last week is due tomorrow, and somehow your room has never been cleaner. Sound familiar? You’re not alone.

Join Mates and Counselling Services for a relaxed, interactive, in-person workshop on why we procrastinate and what actually helps. We’ll explore the common reasons tasks get put off, try out evidence-based strategies for getting things done, and work through reflective activities to build a realistic action plan for your academic and personal goals.

This is a judgment-free space to share challenges, learn from other students who get it, and find out more about the support available to you on campus. Snacks will be provided while supplies last.

Date: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
Time: 5:00 to 6:00 pm (doors open around 4:50 pm)
Location: Counselling Services, 2nd floor, Needles Hall North
