Looking for a fun way to relax, laugh, and take a break from the grind? Join us on the SLC Green for Goat Yoga, a beginner friendly outdoor experience with adorable baby goats. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto a mat for the first time, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a well-deserved break outdoors. Yoga mats will be provided—just bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable activewear.

- 11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
- 12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- 1:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Space is limited to 30 participants per session, and registration is required. No walk-up spots will be available. Exclusive to Waterloo undergraduate students.
Ticket sales open July 15 and close July 28 at 4:00 p.m., subject to availability.
What to Know Before You Go
- Please bring your WatCard.
- Wear comfortable activewear and bring a water bottle and towel.
- Yoga mats will be provided.
- A waiver is required and must be completed during registration.
- Tickets are final sale and non-refundable.
