WUSA Annual General Meeting

WUSA is holding a General Meeting on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, at 5:00 PM ET in the SLC Great Hall. This meeting is being called to provide updates on the member proposals from the last General Meeting and to hear any submitted motions.
Members are entitled to submit proposals for consideration at the meeting. A guide on how to prepare a Notice of Motion and the template can be found below:

If you’re unable to attend in person, you can attend the meeting virtually.
Please note that proxies will not be available online and all proxy holders must attend in-person. If you do not have someone to grant your proxy to, complete the form and we will assign a proxy holder for you.
Proxy Your Vote
Students who are unable to attend the WUSA General Meeting are entitled to proxy their vote to another individual to vote on their behalf. Those who want to proxy their vote may indicate a specific person they want to hold their proxy; otherwise, WUSA will assign proxy votes to members of the Board of Directors. Proxy holders are compelled to vote according to the indicated preference of the person for who they are proxying.
General Meetings are essential to WUSA’s operations, and as such we encourage all of you to join us on March 27th. See you on there, Warriors!
