Midterms are wrapping up, co-op applications are piling on, and half your group chat is running on caffeine and vibes alone. Sound familiar?
This isn’t a lecture on “self-care tips” you’ve already scrolled past. It’s a chance to actually sit down with other students and get real about what burnout feels like — the all-nighters that don’t even feel productive anymore, the “I have no idea why I’m this tired,” the guilt about not being social, the motivation that just… left. We’ll talk through what it looks like emotionally, physically, academically, and socially, and swap the stuff that’s actually helped us cope.
No pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with — just a low-key space to feel less alone in it, and maybe walk away with a tip or resource you didn’t have before.
