About the Show
To Be Honest: The Musical follows a year in the life of Waterloo students, exploring real and relevant topics like homesickness, consent, academic pressure, imposter syndrome, and the challenge of finding your place in a new environment.
Written and performed by Waterloo students and alumni, this orientation experience is designed to spark reflection, build resilience, and connect students with campus resources and community.
We invite you to attend one of several performances of the 2026 edition of To Be Honest: The Musical — a show created for students, by students.
Performances are open to a range of audiences, including University of Waterloo students, staff, faculty, family, friends, and community partners.
