Halloween! Friday, October 31
For the second year, our DJ Club will turn The Bomber into a gRAVEyard dance floor — undead beats pending approval. Details to come soon!
Dates TBD
UWATSFIC (that’s our sci-fi and fantasy club) is plotting a Halloween event that may involve games, ghosts, or galaxies.
UWCLEC is working on something witchy and welcoming — details soon.
The Outers Club is planning a costume-themed night hike under the full moon. Spooky but wholesome.
Our event’s team is sending you straight into the scream zone. We’re running a bus to Canada’s Wonderland Halloween Haunt, where the park transforms into a nightmare after dark. Think haunted mazes, scare zones crawling with monsters, and rollercoasters flying through the night. You handle the courage, we’ll handle the ride. Details and ticket info coming soon — but spots will go fast, so start rallying your crew now.
Year-Round Horror!
Fear Fans Unite! A big scream-out to Waterboo! Our club for everything horror. They keep it creepy year-round.
Screams on screen at The Princess. Horror hits and indie chills are playing at The Princess in Uptown. Don’t forget: cheap tickets are at the Turnkey Desk, SLC.
Stay tuned…
We’ll update this page as more events rise from the grave. Want to be included? Email a2kelley@wusa.ca with your Halloween plans.
The Real Scares
Ghost stories are fun; cuts to student funding? Not so much. Bill 33 could strip the dollars that keep all of these campus events (plus supports and services) alive. Learn what Bill 33 means for Waterloo undergrads.
The scariest stories sometimes hide in what we don’t talk about. WUSA’s Red Zone campaign is pushing for safer, more accountable spaces around sexual assault on and off campus.
