As a versatile team member, you will be responsible for various tasks, including cash handling, food preparation, cleaning, order taking, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Delivery:
Provide friendly and efficient service to ensure a positive customer experience.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs promptly.
Order Taking:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders.
Accurately input orders into the point-of-sale system.
Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
Cash Handling:
Accurately process customer transactions and handle cash with precision.
Maintain a balanced cash register at all times.
Follow established procedures for handling payments, refunds, and exchanges.
Food Preparation:
Prepare high-quality food items following standardized recipes and procedures.
Ensure the freshness and presentation of food products.
Ensure the upkeep in food inventories ensuring FIFO, labeling and safe storage.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
Sanitation & Hygiene:
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
Perform regular temperature checks, and cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Monitor and uphold hygiene standards in food preparation and serving areas.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant environment is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
