Key Accountabilities: 
– Create new appointment statistic sheets for the new term (based off previous term sheets)
– Make sure Office Directors are fulfilling their weekly duties (if applicable)
– Answer questions Office Directors may have about how to fill out excel files (if applicable)
– Organize Role play opportunities for volunteers
– Regularly check over excel files to make sure everything has been inputted correctly
– Help come up with solutions to overcome logistical problems that may occur in various offices (if applicable)
– Maintain relationships between MATES and various faculties, residences, and satellite campuses
– Provide support for the Coordinators and Volunteers during the transition to in person operations, according to the return to campus plan and public health guidelines

Requirements for the role: 
– Previous experience as a Peer Support Volunteer required
– Passion for mental health awareness, reducing stigma for mental illness and a strong proponent of peer support
– Strong leadership skills; experience managing teams is an asset
– Demonstrates strong organizational and administrative skills
– Ability to foster teamwork, work cooperatively and effectively with others
– Must be reliable and dependable
– Personable and able to develop a positive rapport with individuals and Volunteers
