🎉🌈 On Sunday, June 29th, join Glow and march with us through the heart of Downtown Toronto as we come together and light up the streets for Pride🎉✨
Rock your brightest Pride colours and get ready to vibe, celebrating the 2SLGBTQIA+ community in all its colourful, limitless energy. More than a parade, this is a celebration of love, unity, and pride. We’re here to honour the diverse voices, identities, and histories that make up our community, and to create a space where we all can shine and thrive. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

🌧️ Note: Rain or shine, the Toronto Pride Parade will be happening. Please check the forecast prior to the event and prepare appropriately. We highly suggest using a clear poncho in case of rain so that your attire will stay visible. (Plus, Pride Parade audience members like to spray water guns at marchers, so expect to get a little wet regardless!)
Students registered for the event will be given a Glow Pride t-shirt.
🚌 Departure
- Registration: 9:15 AM outside the Student Life Centre. Light snacks provided, but please eat a full breakfast or bring something with you.
- Arrive by 9:30 AM for check-in.
- Bus departs at 10:00 AM.
📍 Note: Check-in for participants meeting us in Toronto will be announced via email closer to the event date.
🚌 Return
- Buses leave Allan Gardens at 5:00 PM, arriving on campus around 7:00 PM.
- Return times may vary based on parade location.
*Please Note: This is subject to change depending on where we are in the Parade. Updated information will be sent to all folks who register for the event closer to the departure date via email.
ALL PARTICIPANTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO REVIEW AND SIGN OFF ON THE WAIVER FORM IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
The Pride Parade is highly photographed, and it will be hard to ensure anonymity. Here are some tips attendees wishing to stay anonymous can consider while preparing for the event:
- Wear a hat to create shade and accessorize with fun flare!
- Wearing sunglasses to make you cool and stylish!
- Using makeup to accessorize your outfit, making you loud and proud!
- Wearing masks or head pieces to compliment your awesome outfit!
Lastly, don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, sunblock, and your Pride flag or sign. We can’t wait to make unforgettable memories with you!✨
