Join the UW Cooking Club and King Sejong Institute for a delicious cooking class on Saturday, September 20th! We’ll be making Korean Army Stew (Budae jjigae), stir-fried potatoes (Gamja Bokkeum), rolled omelette (Gyeran mari) and Korean cinnamon punch (Sujeonggwa)! To make this class even more exciting, we have a guest chef, Chef Chris Jang, who is currently Chef de Cuisine @ Salad King, Toronto and a guest lecturer @ George Brown, coming in!
