I, [Student’s Full Name], hereby grant Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association and Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office and its representatives the reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the artwork submitted by me for the Consent Week Art Contest, titled [Artwork Title], for the following purposes:
- Promotional Purposes: The artwork may be used for promotional materials related to Consent Week events, campaigns, or initiatives, including but not limited to posters, flyers, brochures, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Website Usage: The artwork may be displayed on [Organization/Institution Name]’s official website, consent awareness websites, and affiliated platforms for the purpose of promoting consent education and awareness.
- Merchandise Production: The artwork may be reproduced on stickers, buttons, clothing items, or other merchandise that may be created for Consent Week events, fundraising, or promotional purposes.
I understand that Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association and Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office will make reasonable efforts to credit me as the artist whenever the artwork is used, but I acknowledge that it may not always be possible to provide individual attribution due to space limitations or design constraints.
I affirm that I am the sole creator of the artwork and that I hold all necessary rights and permissions to grant this license to Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association and Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office. I further declare that the artwork does not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
I agree that Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association and Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office and its representatives shall have no obligation to compensate me for the use of the artwork as described in this agreement. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final materials in which the artwork may be used.
I understand that this agreement is binding and that the rights granted to Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association and Sexual Violence Prevention and Response Office shall survive indefinitely, even if I withdraw my participation in the Consent Week Art Contest.
