Hello Waterloo Warriors!  

Here are the highlights from your WUSA May Board Meeting: 

• Capacity Canada was introduced as Board consultants for the 2023 – 2024 governing term. 
• Board and at-large student’s membership of board committees was approved. 

• Meeting schedule for spring term: It was agreed that the last board meeting in May should hold on the 31st by 6pm, with subsequent board meetings holding same day and time every other week until the 31st of August. 
• 11th of July 2023 approved as the date for the Special General Meeting with members having until the 21st of June to submit their agenda items. 

From now until 11:59pm on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023, members are asked to raise motions for the July 11 Special General Meeting. Please refer to this page for more details and resources to ensure motions are submitted properly.
