🎫 Ticket Information
- Presale: $30 (includes tubing + round-trip transportation).
- General Admission: $35 (includes tubing + round-trip transportation).
- Tubing Only: $20 (transportation not included).
- Grad Students: $45 (includes tubing + round-trip transportation).
- Super Bowl Viewing Only: $10 (chalet access + transportation).

🚌 Event Schedule
- 6:00 PM: Departure – Buses leave promptly at 6:00 pm (sharp) from the University of Waterloo Davis Centre (DC).
- 6:30 PM: Arrival – Arrive at Chicopee Tube Park
- 7:00 pm: Tubing Begins – Hit the slopes for an evening of snow tubing.
- 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM: Super Bowl Viewing + Candidate Mingling – For those not tubing, enjoy the watch party in the chalet.
- 9:00 pm: Tubing Ends – Join the Super Bowl watch party and connect with electoral candidates in the chalet.
- 9:45 pm: Return – Buses will load up at 9:30 pm and leave at 9:45 pm, getting you back to UWaterloo by 10:30 pm.
Missed the bus? You’ll need to arrange your own ride back to campus.
🍔 Food & Drinks
Fuel up with chalet favourites like burgers, pizza, poutine, and more (available until 9:30 PM). Beverages are also available—no outside food permitted. The venue accepts cash, debit, and credit for all purchases.

- Waivers Required: All participants must sign both the WUSA waiver and the Chicopee Liability Waiver at least 48 hours before the event. Failure to do so may result in disqualification from participation.
