The Board in its meeting on January 12, 2023 approved the date, time, and location of the 2023 General Meeting as Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 5:00 pm ET in the Student Life Centre. The board agreed in its meeting on January 26, 2023 to have a purely physical meeting – so members are asked to attend this meeting in-person in the SLC.

Students who are unable to attend WUSA’s 2023 General Meeting are entitled to send their votes through their designated proxy. Those who want to proxy their vote may indicate a specific person they want to hold their proxy; otherwise, WUSA will randomly assign proxy votes to members of the board of directors. Proxy holders are required to vote according to the indicated preference of the person for whom they hold proxy. Proxy forms should be completed by Friday, 17 March 2023 at 11.59PM ET.

Members can submit proposals for consideration at the General Meeting to pres@wusa.ca and secretary@wusa.ca  by Friday, February 17, 2023 at 11:59PM ET.
