In this January 2025 Board meeting, the agenda will include the following:

  1.  Board will be discussing customer service level expectations like response times to student inquiries.
  2. Board will select the date for the upcoming Annual General Meeting – prospectively March 26th at 5pm.
  3. Reports will include:
    1. Some information about upcoming improvements to the Student Lounge and upgraded SLC Booking Systems.
    2. Chaska expanded hours of operation + Ice cream coming soon
    3. Updated IT infrastructure since November 2024.
    4. Other recent events included:
      1. Change Engine Pitch Competition – Jan 23
      2. Co-op Roundtable – Jan 20
      3. Many other Advocacy initiative updates such as Sustainability, Athletics Fee, New Student Transition, SLC Expansion, WalkSafe Program, Indigenous Strategic Plan.
