In this January 2025 Board meeting, the agenda will include the following:
- Board will be discussing customer service level expectations like response times to student inquiries.
- Board will select the date for the upcoming Annual General Meeting – prospectively March 26th at 5pm.
- Reports will include:
- Some information about upcoming improvements to the Student Lounge and upgraded SLC Booking Systems.
- Chaska expanded hours of operation + Ice cream coming soon
- Updated IT infrastructure since November 2024.
