Not Voting? You’re Missing Out on a Big Opportunity.
Every year, WUSA elections decide the future of your campus experience.
What’s In It For You?
- Leaders who make your voice heard on key issues, from academic policies to campus services.
- A say in the choices shaping your clubs, events, co-op, housing, and overall student life.
- Your voice matters in creating the best possible experience for everyone at your university. The GRT student bus pass, and new study spaces are just two of the many examples of how your Board of Directors work to hear student perspectives and turn them into action.
You’re not just voting—you’re setting the tone for a better campus.

Your individual actions make a difference.
Here are some recent examples of student voting and feedback, which led to impact:
- Addressing the Co-op Fee Increase: Your elected representatives took swift action to address concerns like the co-op fee increase by the University. While work is ongoing to reduce the increase even further, this action caused the 10% fee increase to be brought down to 4%.
- Responsible Partnerships and Investments: A recent referendum made possible by student votes, pushed for WUSA’s commitment to responsible partnerships and investments, ensuring alignment with student values. Your Board of Directors have been hard at work to push for these changes at the University level.
Your voice matters. Let it be heard. Vote now.
