Please do not request a hamper through this form if you simply want a generic meal hamper or a hygiene hamper. We have those ready to be picked up from SLC turnkey desk. The 6 types of meal hampers that we give out are meat, vegetarian, halal, kosher, general hygiene, and menstrual hygiene.
For custom meal hampers: All custom hampers depend on food quantities in our office; if you do not receive communication to pick up a hamper in 72 hours, we will not be able to fill your hamper.
We will be providing hampers for dietary restrictions and allergens ONLY due to lack of supply. We cannot accommodate itemised lists, these requests will be rejected. We have standard food hampers ready to be picked up at any time at the SLC turnkey desk. You can pick up to 4 hampers per month.
