Night Retail Clerk, International News

International News is located on the campus of the University of Waterloo. It is a 24/7 convenience store that provides students, staff and faculty with a variety of grab and go options, hot entrees, coffee, pastries and traditional convenience store offerings. We are looking for an individual to work 11pm to 7am, 2-3 shifts per week, Wednesday, Thursday and alternating Fridays.

WUSA Office Assistant

The Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA) Office Assistant provides front-line support to undergraduate students and other WUSA guests regarding all programs, services and initiatives offered by the organization.  This role will also assist the marketing and communications departments with other administrative related projects as required.

To further the Waterloo Undergraduate Student Association (WUSA) engagement with and amplifying the student voice at Waterloo, the WUSA Promotional Representatives operate on three key values: confidence, optimism and approachability. The team is composed of outgoing and positive students who assist in strategic marketing and planned promotions with the goal to enhance student awareness of WUSA and all programs, services, and initiatives that it coordinates.

Associate Vice President, Finance

Responsible for assistance with oversight of Finances, budget compliance, budget deviation and amendment, as well as review and supporting the approval process for subsidiary society and affiliate budgets. Coordinate research efforts in financial planning, capital budgeting and capital improvement planning, and preparation of reports for the Vice President, Operations & Finance as well as the Budget & Appropriations Committee. Supports the Internal Funding Committee in supervision of Endowment Funds including the Enterprise, Opportunity, and Innovation (EOI) Fund and the Student Life Endowment Fund (SLEF).

OUSA Delegate

Apply for OUSA General Assembly to attend an expenses-paid Friday through Saturday Conference the first weekend of November to discuss provincial policy, and represent Waterloo students to the Ontario Undergraduate Student Association at a series of policy breakouts and a meeting. Some commitment ahead of the conference will be required for training and discussion

Fall 2019 Welcome Week Team Member

All Welcome Team Members will execute campus-wide events throughout the week and act as a representative of the Federation of Students to ensure University of Waterloo students have the opportunity to participate in fun and engaging events to enrich their student experience beyond academics.

Fall 2019 Welcome Week Coordinator

Fall Welcome Week is an annual week-long event in the Fall term that is intended to welcome new and returning students to campus for the Fall term. Welcome Week Coordinators will need to be flexible and work closely with and lead others. This will require clear analytical thinking and excellent interpersonal skills with a desire for implementing on campus events. Successful candidates will be positive role models for their peers both personally and academically.
