Women's Centre

The Executive Administrator is responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the Centre. In addition, the Executive Administrator is responsible for ensuring the Centre is equipped with menstrual products, pregnancy tests, as well as supplies related to the functioning of the Centre. In addition, the Executive Administrator is responsible for the documentation of all meeting minutes, as well as recording the status of significant partnerships/events that occur throughout the term. The Executive Administrator will also be responsible for helping create transitional documentation for each position as well as keeping the Centre metrics up to date by reporting them bi-weekly during executive meetings. The Executive Administrator will also be responsible for keeping our resources (pamphlets + brochures) up to date as well as assist the Social and Internal Directors with exit interviews at the end of the term.
* The Executive Administrator must be available in-person in order to properly assess the needs of the Centre.

The ideal candidate for this position will have exceptional written communication skills and the capacities to write procedural and informative documentation, as well as document meeting proceedings. This position requires between 2-5 hours per week on average and will require larger time commitments during the transitional period between executive teams. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be granted several opportunities to organize events of their choosing to advocate the mandate of the Centre and provide support for students on campus.
