The Transition and Metric Director is responsible for ensuring organizational continuity from one term to the next. To be successful, the person must have strong organizational and note-taking skills.
Main responsibilities include:
– Compiling information from the current executives regarding their roles, responsibilities, and actions each term
– Ensuring role documentation is updated and available to incoming executives for success and consistency
– Creating surveys to gain feedback and information for events, training, and volunteer experience
– Compiling feedback into a shareable document, generate actions and ensure follow-up from the team
– Helping recruit new volunteers and host end-of-term interviews
