The internal director will be responsible for organizing internal activities and training within the service.

Main responsibilities include: 
– Handling daily office operations including recruiting, training, and scheduling volunteers
– Acting as a line of communication between volunteers and service to handle issues/problems that may arise
– Organize monthly volunteer socials and end-of-term events
– Provide feedback from volunteers and their role to improve the volunteer experience
