If you’re buying at the door\, you’ll need to make your own way to Bingemans (enter through FunWorx doors). \nEntry requirements still apply. Bring your WatCard\, government-issued ID\, and be ready to complete the waiver at check-in — even for door purchases. \nBringing a guest? Guests must check in at the same time as the Waterloo student who brought them — no separate check-ins\, whether you bought online or at the door. \n⚠️ A waiver is required for entry and will be completed during registration.  \n🕒 Tickets on sale June 6 – July 22 at 11:30 PM. Are you? \nSeats are limited — reserve your ticket below. \n  \nTickets are final sale. No refunds will be issued.    \nEntry requirements    \nThis event is exclusive to Waterloo undergraduate students who:    \n\nAre enrolled in Spring term courses or are on a work term/co-op\, and   \nHave paid their Spring term fees.   \n\nStudents who do not meet these requirements at check-in may be denied entry. Please bring your WatCard\, government issued ID along with your event ticket for entry.    \n \nGuest Policy\n\nEach Waterloo undergrad can bring one guest only.\n\nGuests must be at least 18 years old.\nGuests must be a student at a surrounding post-secondary institution (university or college).\nGuests have to check in at the same time as the Waterloo student who bought the ticket — no separate check-ins.\n\nWaterloo students are responsible for their guest’s behaviour during the event. If there are any issues\, the student who brought the guest may be held accountable and could face follow-up from the university or event organizers.\n \n⚠️Accessibility note:  This event takes place in an outdoor waterpark environment with wet surfaces\, uneven terrain\, and amplified music from a live DJ throughout the evening.
