DESCRIPTION:Looking for a fun way to relax\, laugh\, and take a break from the grind? Join us on the SLC Green for Goat Yoga\, a beginner friendly outdoor experience with adorable baby goats. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto a mat for the first time\, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind\, recharge\, and enjoy a well-deserved break outdoors. Yoga mats will be provided—just bring a water bottle\, a towel\, and comfortable activewear.   \nEvent Details  \n📅 Wednesday\, July 29 \n📍 SLC Green\n⏰ Choose from three session times:   \n\n11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. \n12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. \n1:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. \n\n  \nReserve your mat below for $3. \nSpace is limited to 30 participants per session\, and registration is required. No walk-up spots will be available. Exclusive to Waterloo undergraduate students.   \nTicket sales open July 21 and close July 28 at 4:00 p.m.\, subject to availability.  \nWhat to Know Before You Go  \n\nPlease bring your WatCard. \nWear comfortable activewear and bring a water bottle and towel. \nYoga mats will be provided. \nA waiver is required and must be completed during registration. \nTickets are final sale and non-refundable. \n\nAccessibility: This event takes place outdoors on the SLC Green and includes yoga activities on grass alongside live animals. If you have accessibility requirements or would like to discuss accommodations before attending\, please reach out to us events@wusa.ca.    \nEvent Warnings  \n\nLive animals will be present. \nThis event takes place outdoors and is weather-dependent. \n\nAnimal Welfare \nThe health and well-being of the goats is our top priority. Our goats are transported safely in a spacious\, bedded trailer with access to hay throughout travel. During the event\, they have access to food\, water\, shade\, and plenty of opportunities to rest. The goats are accustomed to participating in educational and community programs and are handled with care by experienced staff. They receive regular veterinary care\, including annual vaccinations and routine preventative treatments\, and are closely monitored throughout the event to ensure they remain healthy\, comfortable\, and stress-free.
