DESCRIPTION:Feeling the heat of midterm season? Time to chill with a FREE Frozen Treat and score some new finds at our Thrift Sale! \nTake a moment to unwind at Midterm Meltdown — your chance to cool off and treat yourself during midterm season. Join WUSA Student Services for interactive activities and some well-deserved relaxation on Wednesday\, July 15 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM in the SLC green space.   \nVisit six WUSA service stations\, play the interactive activities\, and collect all your stamps — fill your stamp card and redeem it for your free ice cream and a chance to win a prize!  \nWe’re scooping ice cream in chocolate\, vanilla\, strawberry\, and orange sorbet flavours (while supplies last). We have nut free\, gluten free\, and lactose & dairy free options available. \n🛍️ Thrift Sale: Browse around the tables and thrift some unique finds — almost everything is under $10! \nPlease note: Stamp cards can only be redeemed during the event.  \nThis event is exclusive to Waterloo undergraduate students. WatCard and completed stamp card are required to redeem your frozen treat.  \nWe can’t wait to see you there!  \n👉 Learn more about WUSA services: wusa.ca/services  \nHeat Warning: This event takes place outdoors during peak midday sun. Please bring a reusable water bottle\, wear sunscreen\, and dress in light\, breathable clothing (a hat is a great idea too!). Please dress for the weather. There is no designated seating — the fun involves moving between booths. If you need a break\, indoor space is available nearby. Please also be aware that the event may get loud with crowd noise. DESCRIPTION:Pride isn’t just a month — it’s community\, all year round! \n\nJoin Glow for a laid-back evening at the Laurel Creek firepit.\nDrop in for lawn games\, tie-dye\, snacks\, and good company. \nTie-dye materials are provided while supplies last.\nStudents are also welcome to bring their own item to dye! \nAs the sun sets\, we’ll light the bonfire\, make s’mores\, and open up a casual convo about what Pride looks like beyond June. \nExpect simple grab-and-go food (fruit\, veggies\, chips\, granola bars + vegan options)\, plus a Glow info booth if you want to learn more! \nLaurel Creek Firepit \nJuly 22 | 4:00–10:30 PM \n \n  \n\n⚠️ Accessibility note: If you require any accommodations to fully participate in this event\, please reach out to us.
