DESCRIPTION:ACCE-UW’s Fitness Fundraiser will feature a Pilates-inspired full-body strength class designed to be engaging\, accessible\, and suitable for a range of fitness levels. The class will combine controlled strength-based movements with Pilates-inspired exercises to target the core\, upper body\, and lower body. SUMMARY:UWCC – Waterloo Region Landfill Tour
DESCRIPTION:Join UWCC for a guided tour of the Waterloo Region Landfill to learn about how waste is managed at the regional level!  \nThe event will be free of cost\, we will board a bus in front of EV3 on Tuesday\, November 19th\, at 12:30 p.m. and drive to the landfill site where a region waste representative will board the bus and discuss topics including sorting\, green bin to compost\, and landfill construction. We will have a first hand look at key areas of the property\, including the active tipping face\, new landfill cell construction\, and green bin and yard waste drop-off zones. The tour will be approximately 1-hour and participants can expect to be dropped off in front of EV3 at around 2:00 p.m.. \nAll attendees must fill in the following waiver form prior to the event: UWCC Waterloo Region Landfill Tour.
