SUMMARY:Food Services Focus Group: Meal Plan Review
DESCRIPTION:Food Services is looking for students to share feedback on the future of meal plans at the University of Waterloo. \nAs part of the Meal Plan Review\, Food Services is hosting an in-person focus group to hear directly from students about what kind of meal plan model would best support undergraduate students moving forward. \nThis review is not just for first-year students or those living in residence. It is meant to consider the needs of students across all years\, including commuters\, upper-year students\, and students with different schedules\, budgets\, and dietary needs. \nThis is your chance to share feedback on a service that affects you and many other students across campus. The focus group will look at how well the current meal plan is working\, whether it feels affordable\, flexible\, and easy to understand\, and what changes could better support students moving forward. \n⏰ Time Commitment\nThe expected time commitment for this in-person focus group is about six hours total throughout July and August. \n🎁 Participant Thank-You\nStudents who participate will receive a $30 W Store gift card as a thank-you for their time and input. \n📩 Interested in Taking Part?\nEmail the VPSE at vpse@wusa.ca and let them know you would like to take part in the Food Services Focus Group. \n

Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or stepping onto a mat for the first time\, this is the perfect opportunity to unwind\, recharge\, and enjoy a well-deserved break outdoors. Yoga mats will be provided—just bring a water bottle\, a towel\, and comfortable activewear.   \nEvent Details  \n📅 Wednesday\, July 29 \n📍 SLC Green\n⏰ Choose from three session times:   \n\n11:15 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. \n12:15 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. \n1:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. \n\n  \nReserve your mat below for $3. \nSpace is limited to 30 participants per session\, and registration is required. No walk-up spots will be available.
