Come out and destress with Zumba! Hosted by Move Your Mind and Mates, this event gives UW students a chance to decompress through movement in a positive, supportive environment.

Meet the Instructor
Elnaz has been passionate about dance and movement for over two decades and has been teaching Zumba for more than three years. She loves the energy that comes from dancing together and the power of synchronized movement to bring people joy, confidence, and connection.
Her classes combine fun, high-energy music with easy-to-follow choreography inspired by music from around the world. In addition to Zumba, Elnaz also teaches fitness dance and belly dance fitness. You can check out clips from her classes on EllZumba on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

🕔 RSVPs open Wednesday, March 4 at 12 PM and closes Friday, March 13 at 3 PM, or once spots are full. A few spots will be available at the door—arrive early to grab one!
