Join the Women’s Centre on Monday, March 6th from 6 – 7 pm in MC 1056 for a talk by Dr. Carla Fehr on representation of Women of different races within technology. Dr. Fehr explores the connection between the underrepresentation of Women of Colour in computing and the failure of facial-recognition software to recognize dark-skinned women’s faces.
