Join the Waterloo Association of Geography Students on November 21st for an OHL Hockey Game between the Kitchener Rangers and the Erie Otters! We will be meeting at the University of Waterloo ION station at 6:00 PM on the 21st and travelling as a group to the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium to watch the game.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW – READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR TICKET**

– This event is only for members of WAGS, friends of WAGS (must be a University of Waterloo student), and members of KISS who have previously expressed interest in hockey night. If you are not a member of one of these groups, do NOT purchase a ticket.

– Tickets must be purchased by November 15th at 11:55 PM. There will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this as we will be finalizing numbers with the venue on November 14th.

– No refunds will be issued after November 15th at 11:55 PM.

– This event will be taking place on Tuesday, November 21st from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

– Participants MUST meet at the University of Waterloo ION station at 6:00 PM on November 21st to receive their paper tickets (any e-ticket received from this form will not get you into the event). We will be taking the 6:10 PM ION to the event as a group, so if you are not at the ION station by this time, you will not receive your paper ticket and won’t be able to get into the event. WAGS will not be issuing refunds if you fail to show up to the University of Waterloo ION station at the designated time.

– If you are unable to meet at the University of Waterloo ION station at the designated time, please contact Ben Woodward (bwoodwar@uwaterloo.ca) no later than November 17th to make alternative arrangements to pick up your ticket ahead of the event.

– Attendees of the event must adhere to the codes of conduct of WAGS, WUSA, the University of Waterloo, Grand River Transit, and the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium as applicable.
