Embark on a delicious journey with the UW Cooking Club as we dive into the world of pasta perfection in our Ravioli Class. In this 3 hour master class you’ll gain all of the skills necessary to create your own ravioli! Learn how to make homemade pasta dough and your own vegetarian spinach ricotta filling. From folding and sealing, you’ll gain all of the skills necessary to create your own ravioli. Secure your spot in one of our two sessions and get ready to master the art of vegetarian pasta perfection!
Don’t forget:
- Dress to cook: tie long hair up or wear a hairnet/hairband.
- Bring a container for leftovers (Or be ready to eat it all on location!)
- Arrive ready to learn, cook and have fun!
