Life can sometimes be a little “ruff.” Interacting with an affectionate dog can have therapeutic effects such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, lowering blood pressure, and even decreasing perception of pain. Paws for Therapy Dogs and join us on Friday, February 10th from 12 – 1 pm in the SLC Black & Gold room for your doggy de-stress session and an overall paw-esome time! Free to all UWaterloo undergraduate students.
