TBH: To Be Honest 2023 Peformance

September 4 @ 7:00 PM - September 5 @ 8:30 PM EDT

The 2023 student Orientation play follows eight students through their first year at University of Waterloo and addresses many important issues such as homesickness, relationships, and academic integrity, and provides resources and supports for students.

TBH: To Be Honest is an uplifting, welcoming experience, that is comforting, helps build connections, decrease anxiety, and develop resilience for students attending University of Waterloo.

2023 TBH: To Be Honest premiere performances are open to:

  • UW staff and faculty
  • Students who missed the 2022 orientation play
  • Family and friends of TBH: To Be Honest cast and crew
  • Community members, colleagues, and partners of UW staff & faculty

Premiere: Wednesday, August 30th @ 3:00 PM
Thursday, August 31st @ 3:00 PM
Friday, September 1st @ 7:00 PM

Orientation performances are scheduled for new students on Monday, September 4th and Tuesday, September 5th. See orientation schedule.

We are grateful to have the opportunity to work, play and live on this land and acknowledge that it is our collective responsibility to make our community and world a better place for all people. We acknowledge that educational institutions have not been a safe space for Indigenous students in the past and we continue to work to ensure that this is no longer the case.
