Life can sometimes be a little “ruff.” Interacting with an affectionate dog can have therapeutic effects such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving mood, lowering blood pressure, and even decreasing perception of pain. Paws for Therapy Dogs and join us on Wednesday, March 15th on the First Floor Atrium for your doggy de-stress session and an overall paw-esome time! Free to all Waterloo undergraduate students.
