UWBASE presents Showcase: A Royal Affair. Showcase is an annual event the UW Black Association for Student Expression hosts yearly to celebrate the talent in the Black Community here at UW as we continue to advance in our efforts for unity and equality. This is our 12th annual showcase and first show back in person since Winter 2020! Join us for an evening of live music, dancing, singing and poetry performances, modelling, food, a party and community to end off the Winter 2023 term. We can’t wait to see you there.

Dress Code: Semi-Formal

Access to the Diasporas exhibit at the Museum
Showcase performances
Dinner

Coat-check

A cash bar is also available; those 19+ must bring ID to purchase alcohol.

The performance will feature a special guest performance by Toronto R&B artist Osé @theofficialose. Follow @UW_BASE on Instagram as we reveal more of our performers.
